Description
Photograph of a view of Long Wharf looking towards Pacific Palisades, ca.1895. The wooden planks and embedded railcar tracks of the wharf are pictured to the right, a woman and a young child just visible walking along the guard-rail. To the left, the Pacific shore extends, with homes visible on the bank in the distance. Behind them, the tall cliffs of the palisades are visible.
