Description
Photograph of an exterior view of Oakland City Hall, shown from a distance, Oakland, ca.1900. At center, a large, two-story Victorian-style building is pictured, a clock tower looming from its roof. To the left, an awning shades the entrance, while two pedestrians can be seen walking by on the nearby sidewalk. In the foreground, small trees are dispersed on a well-trimmed lawn.
