Description
Photograph of two women outside the Pio Pico mansion at El Ranchito, Rancho Paso de Bartolo in Whittier, ca.1907. The rundown mansion is at left and is a long, two-story adobe building. Several rectangular wood-framed doorways and windows are visible on the adobe walls. Much of the spackle is missing from the adobe. The two women are visible in the distance at center. One is standing and wearing a white dress, while the other is kneeling and is wearing a black dress. There are two skinny trees in front of the house at right. Picture file card reads "Westvale, north end".
