Photograph of a truck at Rainbow Angling Club, Azusa, ca.1930. A truck can be seen with a large container tank. The tank says "Rainbow Angling Fisheries" and "Redlands and Azusa". Two women are seen on the tank posing and smiling towards the viewer. A white fence can be seen behind them. The roof of a cabin and trees are visible in the background. The back of the photograph reads: "Truck used to haul the live trout."

Title Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Collection 1890-1960

Description The more than 3,600 unique photographs of this collection document the Chamber's promotional efforts during the city's early years. In addition to stock photographs, there are pictures of the elaborate booths and displays that the Chamber prepared for use at state fairs and international trade shows. The photographic collection contains images showing the growth of important municipal enterprises, such as ground transportation systems, aviation, and shipping. In addition there are about 1,000 lantern slides in this collection -- not yet fully digitized.
