Description
Photograph of the central fountain in Exposition Park, showing the Historical and Art Museum in the background, ca.1925. A large main jet of water spouts from the center of the circular fountain while smaller spouts shoot inward to it, surrounded by plant growth. In the foreground, the fountain appears to extend into a lily-pond. In the background, the domed building of the Natural History Museum can be seen behind a row of hedges. Picture file card also mentions "sunken gardens".
