Description
Photograph of small children running around a crude dirt track, 1932. At center, eight small children run around a crudely made dirt track. White lines have been drawn to outline the track, and two circular sets of stones lie within the track. Two sitting children hold a wooden barrier that the runners jump over. To the right of the track, a large group of children sits on an elevated section of the field and watches. Several of the children hold different national flags. Two sets of stone stairs have been made to connect the track and the actual field. In the extreme background to the right, two residential houses sit with various palm trees and shrubbery.
