Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the front of the Metro Pictures Corporation building in Hollywood, ca.1920-1929. The studio is located at right. It is a one-story Romanesque building with large columns in front. A tower topped by an American flag can be seen over the entrance to the building. A concrete sidewalk runs in front of the building from the foreground at right to the background at left, and many young trees are planted along its length. A wide dirt road can be seen at center and left, with many automobiles visible.
