Description
Photograph of a panoramic view of Hollywood showing Orchard Street and Orange Drive, ca.1905. Orchard Street is visible at left, while Orange Drive can be seen at right. Large grids of abundant land populate the city. Houses and buildings are spaciously scattered throughout the area, most of which are two- to three-stories tall. Utility poles and lines line the streets in the foreground. Compares to CHS-6950 (in 1912) and CHS-6974 (in 1928).
