Description
Photograph of a view of a hut made of thatched palm leaves, ca.1920. A small bungalow is pictured at center, its roof and walls thatched with palm fronds. To the right, an awning extends from the building and over what appear to be squat tree trunks. A smaller annex is visible to the left, not thatched with palm leaves. The ground in front appears dusty and arid and is populated by scrub vegetation. Short treetops and a faint mountain ridge can be seen in the distance to the left.
