Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the corridor and south end of the Palomares adobe after its restoration, ca.1940. Slender support posts are shown at center holding up the awning on the left side of the house, while farther right on the house's front face a door can be seen leading to the porch which suggests screen windows between the posts. In the back right, a long, ungainly extension of the roof can be seen jutting out from the awning. Back at center, creeping vines can be seen growing over a tall trellis that has been situated in front of the porch. Palm fronds hang in from the upper right of the frame.
