Description
Photograph of exterior view of Pasadena's First Methodist Episcopal Church, ca.1910. At center, a man and woman can be seen standing near a pair of utility poles. The woman wears a coat, hat, and long skirt while the man can be seen wearing a cap and long robe. The signs "Colorado St." and "Marengo Ave." can be seen on one of the utility poles. In the background at center, a large church is visible. Steps leading into the structure can be seen at center and to the sides. A large steeple is visible at center, and several stained glass windows can be seen along the front. Small stone ridges can be seen along the seams of the roof, and stone tetrahedrons surround the steeple and other points of the roof. For similar images see records chs-m6067 and chs-m6068.
