Description
Photograph of an aerial view of Long Beach, showing the pier and the amusement park, ca.1915. The amusement park is at center and is built on a wide rectangular platform in the water. A rollercoaster and several other structures are visible. The pier extends into the water at right and continues past the edge of the image. The city of Long Beach is at left and is composed of hundreds of densely packed rectangular buildings, broken up occasionally by large trees.
