Description
Photograph of the First School House (?) on Columbia Hill in South Pasadena, ca.1880. Twelve students and a teacher face the camera on the school's lawn. Behind them stands the school, sporting a rose window, two front doors, picture windows and a bell tower. It was soon afterward sold to Sierra Madre College in 1880. Later, it became a part of the house of C.D. Daggetts.
