Description
Photograph of an aerial view of Beverly Hills north of Wilshire Boulevard, 1922. A thin line of trees is pictured in the left foreground, cutting diagonally down across an expanse of what appear to be cultivated fields. In the center ground at left, a collection of three straight roads separates four sections of residential property. These roads continue farther into the background where they become part of a group of snaking, s-shaped roads. Mountains are visible through haze in the distance. Photoprint reads: "Spence Air Photos, 3614 W. Pico, Los Angeles 6, Cal, Re 2-3055".
