Description
Photograph of Mount Lowe Railway serpentine track moving through trees, [s.d.]. In the extreme foreground, lines of scrub brush can be seen lining the mountainside from left to right. In the background at left, a long track moves along large trees and curves towards a dense forest. In the extreme background among the dense clusters of trees, part of the track can be seen near center. To the right of the track, another section of the track is visible but soon disappears again in the dense forest. Further to the right, another winding section of track is visible extending into the clearing below. In the extreme background at right, large mountain ranges can be seen. At left beyond the mountain ranges, an aerial view of the city landscape can be seen.
