Photograph of the caballero Edmundo Ontiveros (Ontivares) on horseback in front of the Ontiveros (Ontivares) adobe, ca.1925. Edmundo is looking at his wife Francis, who is leaning on a pole on the porch, clutching a fan to her chest. Both are wearing traditional Mexican costumes. There is a single wooden rocking chair on the porch, and hanging from beams on the porch, there is an American flag and a potted plant. There are two large windows and a broad doorway in the adobe wall.
