Description
Photograph of a beach scene, showing a crowd of people with umbrellas on a sandy beach, [s.d.]. The crowd of people can be seen in the foreground, which extends towards the far background, while sitting next to beach umbrellas. In the right background, parked automobiles can be seen on what appears to be a concrete road. Further to the back, a cluster of cabins is noticeable next to a cliff which extends towards the far center background. The ocean can be seen in the far left background, which stretches into the horizon. In the left foreground, a sign can be seen which reads: "Umbrellas for Rent". A sign near the road reads, "State Beach Dedication Here July 8 2 P.M. Gov. Rolph Santa Mo[...] Public Invited". Another sign reads, "Bath House" on a building at right.
