Description
Photograph of workers hauling corn from a field in a sled, Southwest Los Angeles, 1926. A woman in tall boots and a wide hat stands at center with a horse behind her. The horse has a feed bag tied around its nose and a harness around its back and neck. On the left the large, wooden sled lies on the ground filled with stocks of corn. Three men stand behind it in overalls, hats and gloves, all looking towards the horse on the right. Tall stocks of corn still stand in rows in the field behind them. The field continues into the background where a large building can be seen on the right.
