Description
Photographic portrait of coachmen in front of the Wells Fargo Express and Stage Line depot, Cisco, ca.1880. A large crowd of people pose on and around a locomotive engine and two stage coaches in front of a large clapboard-sided barn. A man in a top hat stands to the right of the partially visible steam engine at the extreme left, one stagecoach fully visible and hitched to its horses at center. The second coach is partially visible beyond it to the right. Forest can be seen in the background. Record file reads: "First trainer for Wells Fargo Company Express and Stage Lines arriving at Cisco.".
