Description
Photograph of a passenger car from the Mount Lowe Incline Railway descending from the mountain into the Rubio Pavilion, [s.d.]. An open-air cart packed with passengers is visible at the very foot of the mountain's slope, stopped by a set of steps. An American flag waves from the center of the car, while other individuals wait along the tracks. A train car is visible to the left, next to the visible roof of the Rubio Pavilion. The mountain fills the background.
