Description
Photograph of hotel on Mt. Wilson in winter, [s.d.]. In the extreme foreground at left, a large tree is visible. The trunk of the tree can be seen curving slightly to the left, while the branches and leaves completely frame the left side of the image. To the right, a large group of large rocks can be seen. Beyond the large tree, a small wooden fence is visible moving from the far left to the center. The fence joins to a large rectangular building extending into the background at right. Several rectangular windows are visible along the sides of the building. On the side of the building extending into the background, a large wooden patio with a wooden border is visible. The roof of the building is mainly sloped except for a large trapezoidal-shaped awning over the patio area. A large pipe can be seen extending from the top of the roof. In the extreme background at right, a large structure resembling a water tower can be seen amid tall trees. Photo sleeve reports: "Copied June 1931".
