Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Los Angeles City Hall and Boys' Parade, April 26, 1928. A few boys dressed in military uniform can be seen lowering or raising an American flag on a pole at center. Other men and boys have their hands to their foreheads in a salute and are turned towards the flag. The crowd of boys surrounds the flag and continues into the background. The multiple-story city hall building with arched windows can be seen across the background. What appears to be a tree and a grass lawn can be seen at right. Photonegative sleeve reads, "Mayor Rolph and Herbert Hoover at City Hall".
