Description
Photograph of a birdseye view of downtown Oceanside taken from a hilltop looking west, ca.1900. There is a small white church at center with a steeple at right. A two story Victorian building dominates the skyline at right. Most of the other buildings visible are small houses, and many of them are partially hidden by the dense trees that are planted around them. In the foreground at right is a large empty field divided by a narrow dirt road.
