Title
Ramona Boulevard east from Mission Road after widening and paving
Description
Photograph of Ramona Boulevard looking east from Mission Road after widening and paving, April 15, 1935. The Hotel Mascarel, formerly on the corner, is gone. An automobile drives on the wide road on the left with electrical poles on the right and electrical lines tangled overhead. A sign on the right reads "Live and Let Live, Drive Thoughtfully, Avoid Accidents". Behind it stands a row of small houses. Railroad tracks curve to the left where a bridge stands. More houses stand at the end of the road in the background. Compares to USC-0-1-1-709 taken before street work.
