Description
Photograph of Madera residence, ca.1900. In the extreme foreground at right, palm tree branches can be seen obscuring a section of the house. To the left, a small piece of a tree trunk is also visible. In the background at center, a Victorian-style house can be seen. Two sets of stairs connect to the large porch of the structure. A circular awning supported by decorated columns can be seen. Several long windows can be seen along the second-story of the structure. The roof can be seen sloping sharply, and a small tower-like structure with a pointed top can also be seen to the left. Additional trees can be seen to the left of the house.
