Description
Photograph of an aerial view of Venice, looking northwest over the canals, 1918. There are four canals visible, all of which lead to a large reservoir in the lower part of the image. There are several small boats visible on the still water. There is a large wooden roller coaster in the bottom right corner of the image. In the background is an area that is being developed; only a small number of houses have been built on the large lots, and much of the space is unused. There is a large road on the right side of the image which is intersected by another road that comes at it perpendicularly from the middle of the left side.
