Description
Photograph of view of Broadway Ave. looking south from Fort Hill on Temple Street, Los Angeles, [s.d.]. The view is from an elevated perspective, looking down on the street. Automobiles can be seen parked on both sides of the street, as well as driving in the street, and a cable car can be seen driving through the center of the street. Tall buildings can be seen, at left, extending from the left foreground to both sides of the street, in the background. A billboard on one of the buildings reads, "ro[ooms] $1.00 new Hotel Broad[way] and apartments", and a sign on the building behind it reads, "Law buil[ding]". Numerous pedestrians can also be seen walking on the sidewalks and crossing the street.
