Photograph of storage area for the Pacific R & H Chemical Company, El Monte, ca.1930. To the right, a group of three large warehouse buildings are visible. A small group of three automobiles can be seen adjacent to the building on the far right. Pallets of small cylinders can be seen near the two entrances of the large building at the center of the group. Additionally, four open windows are visible above the group of cylinders. An organized stack of cylindrical containers placed on their sides can be seen adjacent to the building to the left of the group. Additionally, two square entrances can be seen along with several open windows. To the far left of the image, a group of utility poles lead to a large water tower suspended by several steel beams. In the far background, three square buildings amid a cluster of trees can be seen. In the extreme foreground, a barbwire fence can be seen in the dirt field near sparse vegetation.
