Description
Photograph of a tram running down Congress Street, in Tucson, Arizona, [s.d.]. A trolley runs down a track at center, while another waits choc-full of people at the sideline, at right. Each side of the road is lined with shops and bustling with activity; while a maze of lines from utility poles hang overhead.
