Description
Photographic group portrait of Luau committee during the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce's visit in Hilo, Hawaii, 1907. In the center, people can be seen grouped together in three rows while looking at the viewer; all the women are well-dressed in white dresses, with the exception of one women who is wearing a floral dress, and a tall man in a suit is also visible within the group. The rows of people is positioned on a staircase which seems to be the entrance to a wooden house, visible behind them. A large sign is noticeable inside it which reads: "[?]OHA [?]". Large palm tree leaves are visible to the sides of the people and the sign. Two additional men are visible in the left; one is partially visible behind the large leaves and the other one is wearing a suit while standing in the foreground.
