Description
Photograph of S.S. Ohio landing in Honolulu during the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce's voyage to Hawaii, 1907. A side view of the ship shows a small platform crowded with people wearing leis around their necks while looking towards the direction of the viewer. Another crowd of people with suitcases is standing below on a cemented ground. Additional people are standing by the ship's rail. The ship has a three level cabin and several auxiliary boats hanging from above deck. A row of flags is visible attached to ropes and the chimney pipe is partially visible on the top of the ship.
