Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Museum at Stanford University following the 1906 earthquake, 1906. A dirt road extends across the foreground with a grass yard behind that holds a variety of trees with the remains of the museum behind them. A large, circular portion of the building stands on the right with many windows that appear to be unharmed. A glass dome stands on top of the damaged roof. At center the walls are crumbled to the ground and the roof lies in sheets on top of the rubble. Several stone buildings stand on the far left and appear to be intact.
