Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the Arallanes (Arrelanes?) house, the oldest adobe in Santa Barbara, later used as a Community Welfare Center, ca.1936. A long one-story building can be seen at center obscured at left and right by plants and trees. A few stairs lead to a covered patio, while windows and a door can be seen. A dirt road runs across the foreground, while desert plants can be seen in the extreme foreground.
