ON YOUR CAMPUS

These o r g a n i z a t i o n s a r e j u s t as d e p en d e n t upon a so u n d ly
c o n s t r u c t e d fram ework as th e t a l l e s t o f b u i l d i n g s . The
t r o u b l e w i t h tum ble-w eeds i s t h a t t h e i r r o o t s a re to o
f l i m s y f o r t h e p l a n t to s t a n d a g u s t o f w in d .
None of us w ould s t a r t on a t r i p w i t h o u t a map t o
p o i n t us t o our g o a l . I f you know where you a r e g o in g , you
a re more a p t to g e t t h e r e . Because o u r f o r e b e a r s were so
s k i l l f u l l i n p l o t t i n g t h e c o u rs e o f t h i s n a t i o n , we f i n d
t h a t th e v e ry docum ents s ig n e d a t i t s i n c e p t i o n a r e a s tim e
l y t h i s m in u te as th e y were a t t h a t moment. The v e ry b a s i s
