Description
Photographic portrait of the Sepulveda brothers (Ygnacio, left; Andronico, right) sitting on either side of Antonio Yorba, just prior to when they all left for school in Boston, ca.1850. Viewed through an oval cutout. All three young men are sitting on a sofa upholstered in a cloth with a floral pattern. They all wear three-piece suits with large bow ties. The Sepulvedas both right arms are bent with hands grasping the lapels of their jackets. The Sepulveda brothers were sons of Jose Sepulveda and grandsons of Francisco Sepulveda of Rancho San Vicente y Santa Monica.
