Photograph of a Pima Indian woman seated on the ground making a basket, Gila River Reservation(?), [s.d.]. The woman is wearing a long dress with ruffles around the neck. Her hair is tied back, and she has bangs. She holds the uncompleted basket in her lap and hands, while a brick (adobe?) house is visible behind her. A child is sitting in the doorway at right. A few pots and rocks can be seen near the building. Copyright February 9, 1901.
