Description
Photograph of the children's float (Flower angels), at La Fiesta de Los Angeles, April 1894. A dozen or so children sit or stand on the banner-festooned and flower-beckecked float drawn by horses. A man stands beside the horses at left. Writing on the front of the float proclaims "La Fiesta de Los Angeles". Another float, in the background, is partially shaped like a globe of the earth and has a ship's crow's nest. Part of the roof of a house is also visible in the background behind tree tops.
