Description
Photograph of an arrangement of Pima Indian baskets and pottery, ca.1884. There are seven baskets and around fifteen pots and bowls arranged in front of and on top of a platform covered with a floral print rug. Three of the baskets are tilted forward, creating large circles. Two of the pots near the bottom of the formation are shaped like women. The other pots all have small flared openings on top and are dark in color. The baskets have a rectangular pattern woven into them.
