Photograph of a view of the Angelus Temple at 110 Glendale Boulevard, Echo Park, Los Angeles, October 12, 1926. The circular building can be seen in the background at center. It is light-colored and has a domed roof. A park-like area can be seen in the foreground at right, and utility wires are visible overhead. Radio towers top the building. A sign on side of building says "Aimee Semple McPherson Four Square Gospel".

Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce Collection 1890-1960
Description
The more than 3,600 unique photographs of this collection document the Chamber's promotional efforts during the city's early years. In addition to stock photographs, there are pictures of the elaborate booths and displays that the Chamber prepared for use at state fairs and international trade shows. The photographic collection contains images showing the growth of important municipal enterprises, such as ground transportation systems, aviation, and shipping. In addition there are about 1,000 lantern slides in this collection -- not yet fully digitized.
