Description
Photograph of an exterior view of the San Diego Mission, showing structural damage, July, 1926. Weeds spot the dusty foreground while the crumbling brick church stands at center. Two dark tablets stand on either side of the entrance at right. A cross hangs above the doorway while another cross hangs over the arched window at center. A bench sits in front of a bush and a palm tree at left. Above it the taller portion of the church can be seen. Most of the walls and ceiling have crumbled, revealing a large bell on top of the church.
