Description
Photograph of a general view of Mission San Francisco de la España, San Antonio, Texas, ca.1900. This was the third mission in San Antonio. A bell remains in only one (the top) of the three arched openings of the bell tower topped with a cross at right. A doorway pierces one of the wall sections. Bare tree branches partially obscure the facade of the mission. The image is grainy.
