Description
Photograph of an exterior view of an asistencia of the Mission San Miguel Arcangel shown from a distance, ca.1931. Rows of small trees comprise an orchard in the foreground, while the buildings of the mission can be seen in the background in front of a mountain ridge. At center, a long, two-story adobe that appears to be a mission chapel can be seen, while farther right, a long, one-story adobe stands perpendicular to the chapel. This building is pictured behind a system of collapsed adobe walls whose roofs have been removed. A small rancher-style home is also visible in the left distance behind a utility pole.
