Description
Photograph of a birdseye view of the Sand Diego Mission dam, 1936. A group of people can be seen approaching the dam just to the right of center, moving in the approximation of a line. The stone wall of the dam itself crosses a small, muddy stream, and is shaped in loops. Hills and scrub vegetation can be seen in the distance, while jagged rocks and the edge of a whispy plant can be seen in the extreme right foreground. The dam was used for irrigation purposes.
