Description
Photograph of the Fernandez adobe at 401 Jefferson Street, Santa Clara, ca.1900. The small, lightly-colored building stands at center with the entrance and two rectangular windows above a wood-paneled porch. On the right side of the porch a dog can be seen laying down just behind a tall tree. Bushes and tall grass stand behind a wooden fence in the foreground on the left. "One of the two adobes remaining in Santa Clara, other is Woman's Club House".
