Description
Photograph of a gold dredge at work in Middle Creek, Redding, [s.d.]. Jagged rocks dominate the bank on the right into the distance with the rippling creek running along their left edge. At center a small, lightly-colored, wooden structure stands in the creek with a pipe extending from the back right corner of its roof. The bottom portion of the structure has rectangular openings which expose the interior. The dirt bank on the right is littered with large bushes while a faint, tree-covered hillside stands in the background.
