Description
Photograph of a post office after the 1906 earthquake in San Jose, April, 1906. The brick post office stands with a stairway leading to two arched doorways at center. The roof on the center section has crumbled into piles on the sidewalk and street below. A tower on the right side of the post office also has a damaged roof with pieces protruding out of the top. The building in the background on the right appears to be intact.
