Description
Photograph of a portrait of Don Francisco Lopez, [s.d.]. He can be seen from the chest up facing forward with his eyes gazing slightly to the left. He has a full head of gray or light-colored hair and muttonchops. No wrinkles are visible on his youthful face, and he is visible wearing a dark jacket, light shirt, and what appears to be a small bowtie.; Picture file card reads: "He was the father of Marie S. Lopez de Cummings and grandson of Claudio Lopez who came to mission San Gabriel as assistant to Father Salordio Juan. Lopez who arrived at San Diego on the same vessel remained there with Father Juan at the mission."
