Description
Photograph of Main Street in Highland, with a horse tied up to a telephone pole in front of a house, ca.1905. In the foreground at center, two streets can be seen running perpendicular to one another. One street moves from left to right, while the other is visible extending into the extreme background at center. On the left side of the center street, a bank can be seen on the corner, and several homes can also be seen further down the street. On the right side of the center street, a line of utility poles can be seen running parallel to a group of homes. Next to the second utility pole from the foreground, a horse can be seen facing away from the viewer. A mountain range is visible in the extreme background.
