Description
Photograph of a view of Bridgeport, Mono County, ca.1930. An automobile sits on the far right in front of a large, lightly-colored hotel. Several other automobiles can be seen outside the restaurant and garage further down the right side of the street while more automobiles sit in front of another large, lightly-colored structure on the left side. Besides the grass in the foreground, the road is dusty until the trees which can be seen in the background. Several thin electrical poles line the street while a grassy hillside sits in the distance. "This town has a population of about two hundred and fifty and is the county seat of Mono which is the largest county in California with a population of only thirteen hundred".
