Description
Photograph of mounted members of the Los Angeles Vaquero Club at the Eugene Plummer ranch in Hollywood, ca.1915. A group of sixteen riders parade their horses in front of a large crowd, which is visible at right. The equestrians are mostly men dressed in traditional vaquero garb, but there are at least two women. There is a large wooden building at center and several eucalyptus trees in the background. To the far right, what appears to be part of the American flag can be seen flailing in the wind.
